What to Expect when you Start your Free trial

Our CrossFit 3 Day Free Trial is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to experience a CrossFit class and get a feel for what this training has to offer for your health before committing to a membership.

Nervous? We know that visiting a new gym can make you nervous…to help calm the nerves we will welcome you at the door and show you around the gym. Then shortly after you arrive a CrossFit Coach will guide you through a 60 minute class. The format is as follows:

1. Warm-up that includes dynamic stretches and mobility exercises to prepare the body for the workout ahead.
2. Part A which is typically strength or skill training (powerlifting movements, Olympic weightlifting or rig work).
3. Next is the Workout of the Day (WOD), which is a constantly varied and high-intensity workout that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Our CrossFit Coaches will not be 'beasting' you and we will encourage you to ease into the training. We have found focusing on proper technique and adequate pacing at the start motivates people to stick to the programme. Going too hard too soon can be extremely un-motivating.
