Thank you for helping me to get stronger, fitter and leaner

I used to love the “idea” of doing CrossFit but hated that all the movements were so technical and difficult. But a CrossFit Retford is different. The coaches work with you to find the movements you can do and that’ll help you make the progress you want to make. There’s no ego. No vanity. No attitude. They just want to help you get the most out of your time in the gym. I appreciate that and have done since the day I walked in. Ben and Rosie welcomed me to the gang and they’ve celebrated all the little wins with me a long the way. Thank you guys. Patient, relatable, understanding & supportive

Both Ben & Rosie are patient, relatable, understanding & supportive. I went for one trial session and I’ve never looked back. CrossFit Retford is great for your mental and physical health, as well as being fun with a great community. I genuinely miss everyone when I have a day off, 2 years ago I’d never stepped foot in a gym. Fast forward to now training with my friends every day. It’s really encouraging when they want you to hit your goals as much as you do, sometimes more! 🏻
