Everyone is so welcoming

I am a beginner in all things gym, let alone CrossFit! From the moment I stepped foot into CrossFit, I felt at home. Everyone is so welcoming and there is no judgement on your abilities or the way you look. I am an overweight, unfit lady and I did not feel like people were staring or judging me on my lack of abilities! Everyone’s there for the same reason & I felt part of the group straight away. If you’re considering CrossFit Retford and are unsure about it, I say just do it! If I can do it, literally anybody can!! A huge thank you to Ben and Rosie for being the amazing coaches that they are!

Can I cancel my membership?

We will always be sad to see members leave and will try hard to resolve or support you with any difficulties you may be having. We do however understand that sometimes things like work or relocating may make it impractical to get to the gym. In the event you do want to cancel your membership 28 days’ notice is required.

How do I book classes and track my progress?

When you become a member you will sign up to our app which gives you access to reserve a space in our classes. When you have attended a class and signed in you will be able to log your results in the app this will help you track your performance.
